WHAT IF URANUS IS THE ONE PIECE?

One Piece has introduced the Ancient Weapons in a way that may be far more deliberate than it first appears.
We know of three Ancient Weapons: Pluton, Poseidon, and Uranus. And interestingly, Oda didn't reveal them all at once. Instead, their existence has been uncovered across different stages of the story, almost as if we're slowly being led toward the final piece of the puzzle.
So here's the theory:
What if Uranus is revealed at Laugh Tale… and Uranus is actually the One Piece?
Not necessarily the entire treasure in the literal sense, but the final weapon, the final piece that Roger discovered at the end of his journey.
PLUTON — The Beginning
The first Ancient Weapon we learned about was Pluton. Its name was introduced during the Alabasta Saga, when Crocodile was searching for information about the weapon. At that point, the Straw Hats were still relatively early in their journey. They had just entered the Grand Line and were experiencing their first truly massive conflict involving the World Government, ancient history, and the Void Century. And Pluton was eventually revealed to be an ancient battleship capable of enormous destruction. But the most important detail?
We didn't actually see Pluton.
We only learned that it existed.
Its location was eventually revealed to be Wano, but the weapon itself has remained largely mysterious.
Then came the next Ancient Weapon.
POSEIDON — The Middle
Much later, after the two-year time skip, the Straw Hats arrived at Fish-Man Island. And there, we finally received the identity of Poseidon. Poseidon wasn't a machine. It was a person. Shiraoshi. Her ability to communicate with and command the Sea Kings made her one of the most powerful beings in the world, even though she herself had no idea of her true identity at first. This was a major revelation because it completely changed our understanding of the Ancient Weapons. They weren't necessarily objects. One could be a person. And once again, Oda left us with one major mystery:
What is Uranus?
Then What About Uranus?
This is where the theory gets interesting.
Look at the apparent progression:
Pluton → Alabasta
Poseidon → Fish-Man Island
Uranus → ???
The first two Ancient Weapons were introduced during major stages of the Straw Hats' journey.
And if the pattern continues, Uranus could be reserved for the final destination.
That destination is obviously:
Laugh Tale.
But there's an even bigger reason this theory works. Because Laugh Tale isn't simply where the story ends. It's where Roger found the One Piece.
What Did Roger Actually Find? Roger reached Laugh Tale and discovered the truth of the world. He learned about the Void Century. He learned about Joy Boy. He learned what happened during the Ancient Kingdom. And whatever he found there was so extraordinary that his crew reportedly laughed. But Roger didn't take the treasure with him. Instead, he began the Great Pirate Era by declaring that his treasure was still there. This creates an interesting possibility. What if the treasure isn't simply gold? What if the "One Piece" is connected to the Ancient Weapons?
More specifically:
What if the One Piece is Uranus?
"The Last Piece" Think about the name.
One Piece.
We've spent decades hearing about the mysterious treasure at the end of the Grand Line. At the same time, we've been introduced to three legendary weapons that can potentially reshape the world.
Pluton.
Poseidon.
Uranus.
We've already encountered two. So what if the third is the final piece? Not merely a weapon... But the weapon that completes the puzzle.
The One Piece.
That would give the treasure's name an entirely different meaning. The Straw Hats wouldn't simply arrive at Laugh Tale and discover a pile of treasure. They would discover the missing piece of the Ancient World's history and power. The final Ancient Weapon. Uranus. But Why Would Roger Leave It Behind? This is where things get even more interesting. Roger's crew reached Laugh Tale, but Roger didn't use whatever they discovered to overthrow the World Government Instead, Roger laughed.
And later, he deliberately created an era in which countless pirates would search for his treasure.
Why? Perhaps because Roger knew that the person who would ultimately use the One Piece wasn't him.
Maybe the treasure couldn't fulfill its purpose during Roger's era.
Maybe the world wasn't ready.
Or perhaps Roger realized something even more important:
The person who needed to reach Laugh Tale was Joy Boy's successor.
And that brings us directly to Luffy.
Why Luffy? Luffy's journey has repeatedly placed him in situations connected to the Ancient World.
He encountered Pluton's history in Alabasta. He learned about Poseidon in Fish-Man Island.
He inherited the will of Joy Boy. He awakened the power of Nika.
And eventually, his journey is leading toward Laugh Tale. If Uranus is waiting there, Luffy could become the first person in 800 years capable of bringing all three Ancient Weapons or their powers into the same story.
And that could be exactly what the Ancient Kingdom's legacy has been waiting for. The Three Weapons Could Represent Three Different Forces There's another fascinating possibility. Perhaps the Ancient Weapons aren't simply three superweapons. Maybe each represents a different aspect of the world.
Pluton — Land
An ancient battleship associated with massive destructive power.
Poseidon — Sea
Shirahoshi's ability to command the Sea Kings.
Uranus — Sky
Its name itself is associated with the heavens.
If that's intentional, then the three weapons could represent:
Land. Sea. Sky.
And if Uranus is connected to the sky, Laugh Tale could be the place where the final part of the Ancient Kingdom's technology or power is revealed.
That would make the Ancient Weapons a much bigger part of the final saga than simply being weapons of mass destruction. They could be pieces of the original world's history. The World Government's Fear. There's also the question of why the World Government has spent 800 years trying to suppress the truth. They aren't merely afraid of pirates discovering a treasure. They're afraid of the Void Century being revealed. They're afraid of the Ancient Kingdom's history. They're afraid of Joy Boy. And they're clearly terrified of the Ancient Weapons. If Uranus is sitting at Laugh Tale, then the One Piece could represent something the World Government has desperately tried to keep hidden for centuries. Finding the One Piece wouldn't just make someone the Pirate King.
It could give them the information and possibly the power necessary to challenge the current world order.
But There's One Major Problem
There's a big reason we shouldn't assume that Uranus is the One Piece. The story has strongly suggested that the One Piece is something much bigger than simply an Ancient Weapon. Oda has also repeatedly emphasized that the One Piece is a real treasure, rather than simply the friends and experiences gained along the journey. So Uranus being the One Piece doesn't necessarily fit perfectly.
Unless...
Uranus is only one part of the One Piece.
Perhaps Laugh Tale contains the complete truth of the Ancient Kingdom, Joy Boy's message, and whatever physical treasure Roger discovered. And Uranus could be the final physical component of that treasure.
In other words:
The One Piece isn't Uranus.
Uranus is the final piece of the One Piece
That might actually fit the story better. The Final Reveal. Imagine the Straw Hats finally reaching Laugh Tale. They discover the true history. They discover what Joy Boy left behind. They discover what Roger found. And then, among the secrets of the Ancient Kingdom, the final Ancient Weapon is revealed.
Uranus.
Suddenly, the three weapons are complete.
Pluton.
Poseidon.
Uranus.
And the Straw Hats finally understand why the world has been controlled for 800 years. Why the World Government fears the Void Century. Why Roger laughed. Why Roger couldn't fulfill Joy Boy's promise. And why someone in the future had to reach Laugh Tale. That someone may be Luffy. The biggest question isn't whether Uranus is the One Piece. It's whether Uranus is the final piece of the One Piece. Because if Pluton was revealed near the beginning... Poseidon in the middle...
Then perhaps Oda has deliberately saved Uranus for the very end. And if that happens at Laugh Tale, the reveal wouldn't simply answer:
"What is Uranus?"
It could simultaneously answer the biggest question in the entire series:
"What is the One Piece?"
The last island.
The last weapon.
The last piece.
One Piece.
